The Brief
I wanted a single, bespoke home for creative and professional work that had
previously been scattered across several platforms, built to my own standards
rather than shaped by an off-the-shelf theme.
What I did
Starting from a blank WordPress installation, with no pre-existing themes or
page builders, I developed a custom theme from scratch. I hand-coded the
front-end and back-end structure using HTML, LESS and native WordPress
functionality, keeping full control over design, performance and how the
content is managed.
The Result
A fast, clean, purposeful portfolio built on a flexible foundation I own
outright. It will keep expanding with new work, media and writing on my
creative and technical practice.
