The Brief
Dr Gary Tho of Chiroworks came to me with a concept for a new pillow, backed by his own studies and measurements. The idea was clear, but it needed turning into a tangible product ready for prototyping and production.
What I did
I translated the research and measurements into precise technical drawings, then built a 3D CAD model in Autodesk Inventor, refining the form and ergonomics to meet both functional and aesthetic goals. To communicate the design, I produced high-quality 3D renders showing how the pillow would look and perform.
The Result
A production-ready design that moved from concept to form to visualisation, giving Dr Tho renders and a model ready for prototyping and manufacturing conversations.
