Chiroworks Pillow
Dr Gary Tho from Chiroworks approached me with a concept for a new pillow, supported by his own initial studies and measurements. While the idea was clear, it needed to be transformed into a tangible product that could move towards prototyping and production.
My role was to take this early concept and develop it into a fully realized design. I began by translating the research and measurements into precise technical drawings, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and usability. From there, I used Autodesk Inventor to create a 3D CAD model, refining the form and ergonomics to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
To help visualize the final product and communicate the design intent, I produced high-quality 3D renders. These allowed Dr Tho to see how the pillow would look and perform in real-world use, while also serving as valuable material for potential prototyping and manufacturing discussions.
The process combined technical precision with design thinking: moving from idea, to form, to visualization — bridging the gap between initial concept and production-ready design.
