The Brief
A small convenience store in Changi, Singapore, needed to see its proposed layout and interior before committing to the refit. I worked from a floor plan, elevations and a few photos of the existing site.
What I did
I produced a series of concept visualisations of the space, exterior and interior. The scene was originally modelled in 3ds Max and rendered in 2019 for the design presentation. I later reworked the whole project in Blender, improving the geometry, lighting and materials and retexturing key assets in Substance Painter for a more modern, realistic look.
The Result
A clean, functional retail space optimised for visibility and customer flow, showing how 3D visualisation bridges the gap between architectural plans and the finished fit-out.
