Personal Summary

I am a creative with a passion for design, video games and anything historical. I thrive on exploring new places, real and virtual. My life journey has taken me across the UK, into Europe and around Asia, and I enjoy seeking new experiences and knowledge.

My interests extend beyond the professional realm into the arts, heritage and culture, where I actively participate in networks and associations to deepen my understanding and appreciation of the world around me.

Professional Summary

I am an experienced Interdisciplinary Designer and Educator with over 20 years in the creative industry. My expertise spans advertising, multimedia, and higher education. I have a strong background in print, 3D visualisation, front-end development, UI/UX design, and teaching in these areas.

Throughout my career, I have been driven by a curiosity and dedication to mentoring and helping others, developing curriculums, and pushing the boundaries of learning through technology. I have worked in various commercial settings including large advertising agencies, smaller multimedia firms and as a self-employed freelancer. I have also worked in a number of academic institutions, including universities and adult education centres.

In terms of character, I am polite and friendly, sociable and approachable with a good sense of humour, a strong sense of justice and morals and consider myself to be conscientious, hard-working and reliable.
